The sink making process is a handmade sink. The manual sink is made of 304 stainless steel plates that are bent and welded. The essential difference from ordinary sinks is that there are more places that need to be welded. Since the edge of the handmade groove can fit perfectly with the bottom of the quartz stone countertop, it is suitable for use as an undercounter basin.
Each finished product of a handmade sink must go through 25 manufacturing processes and take 72 hours to be handmade. Snap spot welding, R-angle spot welding, etc., every detail is inseparable from the welder’s rich experience and careful operation.
The thickness of manual sinks is generally around 1.3mm-1.5mm. This thickness is easy to weld, and the thickness is uniform, and the stretch sink will not be too thin in parts. It is impossible to stretch the water tank to this thickness, because the greater the thickness, the greater the stamping force required. If it reaches 1.2mm, then a 500-ton stamping machine will not help at all.
The handmade sink is straight up and down, with edges and corners, giving it a stronger texture. Nowadays, the surface treatment of handmade sinks also includes pearl sand or brushed sinks. Such straight up and down edges also bring some trouble for users to clean up the residue in the future. Since most of the edges of the integrated stretch sink are rounded, it is far-fetched to make an undercounter basin. However, a handmade sink can easily be used as an undercounter basin, avoiding water seepage on the countertop.
